MEMBERSHIP

1.How do I become a member of Nepa Panel?
You can register by clicking here. Your email ID has to be unique.
2. How do I receive my password?
Once registered, your password will be sent to your registered email ID.
3. How do I end my membership with Nepa Panel?
You can end your membership with Nepa Panel by logging on to your panel account and click on “Close account” in the Update Profile section. You can also contact us and we will help you with the closing your account. Kindly ensure that you utilize your panel account balance before closing your account.
4. How can I change my personal information?
You can change your personal information in the “Update Profile” section by logging on to your panel account. This information is used to determine which surveys are to be sent to you.

REWARDS

1.How can I check my account balance?
By logging in to your panel account via “login” and clicking on redeem rewards.
2. How much money do I get for completing a survey?
The reward varies depending on the survey length. You have to complete a survey to receive your reward.
3. How do I request transfer/payments?
Log in to your panel account via “Login” on the homepage. Click on “redeem rewards” and follow the directions shown on your screen.
4.My rewards have not yet arrived – Why?
From the moment you redeem your rewards from your account, it can take some time before the transfer is actually executed. This could be due to several other transfers being queued for execution. However, you can always see the status of your transfer on your personal page.
5.How can I use the rewards I have earned?

SURVEYS

1.How many surveys will I receive a month?
You can choose the number of surveys you wish to receive by logging on to your panel account and selecting the option “Ideal survey frequency” in the update profile section. The surveys you receive per month depends on the number of surveys available at that point. It would vary between 1-6 surveys a month.
2. How do I participate in surveys?
You will receive surveys sent on your registered e-mail ID with a link that will direct to the survey.
3. When I click on the link, it says the survey is closed/finished. What does that mean?
As not everyone has time or opportunity to participate in all the surveys we send out, a survey is therefore sent to large number of people and it is closed when desired number responses are received.
4. Why do I sometimes only get to answer a few questions? What is screen out?
Certain surveys are target specific. Screening questions are added to the surveys to filter out the ones who do not meet the predefined target criteria. The ones who do not pass the criteria are screened out from the survey to save their valuable time and effort. Once screened out you would not be eligible for incentives for that survey.
5. How are my answers and my personal information handled?
Your personal information is confidential and your survey responses are marked as anonymous with no reference to your personal information. The results from the survey are represented in an aggregate format.
